1. Who We Are
Brewhouse Equipment Group buys, sells, consigns, and liquidates commercial brewery and beverage equipment. Using this website or doing business with us means you accept these terms.
2. Listings & Pricing
Equipment listings, photos, specifications, and prices are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Much of our inventory comes from brewery closures and liquidations and is sold in used condition. Quotes and offers are not binding until confirmed by an invoice.
3. Sales, Invoices & Payment
All sales are confirmed by invoice issued through our system and processed via Intuit QuickBooks. Equipment is not reserved until payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unless expressly stated otherwise, equipment is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Freight, Rigging & Risk of Loss
We coordinate nationwide freight and professional rigging. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Consignment & Liquidation Services
Consignment, buyout, and closure services are governed by separately executed written agreements between us and the seller. In the event of a conflict, the executed agreement controls over these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any transaction is limited to the amount you paid us for the equipment or service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost production.
7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this site, scrape it, or submit false information through our forms. Content on this site, including photos and descriptions, is our property and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
