We collect information you provide directly: name, company, email address, phone number, and details about equipment you want to buy or sell — submitted through our quote cart, offer forms, sourcing requests, newsletter signup, or by contacting us. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools to understand how our site is used.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to quotes, offers, and sourcing requests; to process transactions and invoices; to coordinate freight and rigging; to send updates you've requested (like our newsletter or equipment alerts); and to improve our site and services. If you opt in to text messages, we use your number to send transaction and lead updates — reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Payments & Accounting
Invoicing and payment processing are handled through Intuit QuickBooks. Payment card details are collected and processed by Intuit and its payment partners — we never store your full card number on our systems. Information shared with QuickBooks is limited to what is needed to create and process your invoice: name, company, contact details, and the items purchased.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment and accounting (Intuit QuickBooks), e-signature (SignWell), email delivery, SMS delivery, freight carriers and rigging partners fulfilling your order — and when required by law.
Data Retention & Security
We retain business records (quotes, invoices, contracts) as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Data is stored on secured servers with encryption in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any message, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We'll respond to verified requests within 30 days.
