That range is why California closures rarely look alike: one week it is a full packaging brewery with a canning line, the next it is a brewpub with a nice little 7 bbl system and a walk-in.

Full liquidation
We list and sell each piece to end users over a period of weeks and pass the proceeds through less our fee. Higher gross than a buyout, and it takes longer. Right when you have time and wrong when you do not.
