This system produces a 75 pound batch - and is known as the 1/2 bagger.

Michael Sivetz was the inventor and genius behind the design, and built this actual machine! its widely known his background as a chemical engineer combined with unparalleled knowledge of the coffee bean blazed a new trail for the coffee roasting world.
