We are selling a Prospero SK 15bbl Brewhouse. This is a compact brewhouse that features a comb-tank (Mash Tun on Top, HLT on bottom), a boil kettle, control panel, heat exchanger, pumps, pipework, stand, and a grist case that is mounted above the mash-tun. Note; if you have ceiling height restrictions, you could easily mount the grist case on the floor and auger up to the MT.
Rough footprint: 15’W x 7’D x 9.5’T
Note; Our crew did not do the decommissioning, but it looks like the majority of what you need to commission this system is included. Assume that you will need some triclamps, misc fittings etc to get this back online. Overall, it looks to be in good condition!
