This is one of those units that we do not see often but are in very high demand: A ‘small-footprint’ tunnel pasteurizer. This machine was paired with a high speed Palmer canning line in a brewery that recently closed. That canning machine was set to 120-cans-per-minute giving you a good idea of what this pasteurizer can handle. It has been used up until the doors closed on this brewery, and we have hired an outside rigging crew to do the decommissioning.
NOTE: We do NOT have a manual for this machine. BUT, if I were buying one for my brewery, this would be the machine and here is why; 1.) It is simple to operate and does not have a complicated computerized controller. 2.) Parts are easily sourced and this machine can be maintained by your crew 3.) it is built very well with solid framing/components/high quality welds.
-- The brewery prior left some settings written on the machine and this should help your greatly get setup quickly.
Dimensions; This pasteurizer takes a floor space of 68″ wide x 27′ long. The unit has been professionally decommissioned and is READY TO SHIP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE in Indianapolis, IN.
